Welcome to the first in what will become a regular series of blog posts from Astral Tech.

We’re always looking for new and engaging ways to share updates about improvements to our Astral X offer and anything else we think you’d like to hear about, and we think a regular blog is a great way to do that.

Our intention is to shine a light on the continued evolution of our product, how both our customers and prospective clients can benefit from these updates, and as importantly really highlight the stellar work the Astral Tech team do on a daily basis.

This first post will be an early 2025 catch-up with weekly or fortnightly posts going forward outlining changes in each of those periods.

January saw a real focus on ‘performance’, in essence the speed at which our users can access what they’re looking for. This forms part of our ongoing continual improvement regime and is driven by our real-time league tables of page performance.

We’ve also been hard at work on core ‘Roadmap’ creation and development – benefiting all our clients. This has initially encompassed updates to our CRM features as well as the first iteration of our enhanced search capabilities.

Finally, significant effort has been centered around activity tracking – creating more visibility on how users engage with the platform and providing the tools for audit of this activity.
